Cancellation & Important Notices


Cancellation policy for all treatments:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. In consultation with your Practitioner, and if sufficient notice is not provided, we reserve the right to apply a $35.00 cancellation/no-show fee to your account, to be paid on your next appointment. Please appreciate that Practitioners are only compensated for completed treatments. Thank you.


Due to privacy legislation, it is the sole responsibility of each client to contact their insurance/health benefit provider(s), and become familiar with the types and amount of coverage available to them, prior to booking appointments. If your provider changes at anytime, please notify reception at your next appointment. Thank you.
