What it is
Lymphatic drainage is a light technique aimed at the lymphatic system, which carries fluid and white blood cells and clears waste. Unlike deeper work, it stays superficial, because that is where the lymph vessels and nodes sit.
Pressure is far lighter than most people expect. The rhythm matters more than the force, and a session is usually calm and slow.
