After completing the foot reflexology program in Victoria with the Canadian Reflexology School in 2011, Charlene was eager to be a part of the healing process for her clients and decided pursue massage therapy. Charlene graduated from MH Vicars in Calgary from the 2200-hour Diploma program in 2019. She has successively completed the OSCE and MCQ government exams in Newfoundland in December of 2019. Along with reflexology, Charlene enjoys therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point release and lymphatic drainage for injuries.

Additional education for aromatherapy and side-lying prenatal massage since graduation. She looks forward to continued education and adding more modalities to ensure clients receive the best care. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, meditating, making memories with family and friends.
