Booking and visiting
Where are you located?
#740, 1110 Panatella Blvd NW, Calgary, Alberta T3K 0S6, in Panorama Hills in northwest Calgary. There is free parking at the door.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead gets you the therapist and time you want. Walk ins are welcome and are seen on a first come, first served basis.
How long is a session?
Most treatments run 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Two hour sessions are available by phone booking only.
How much does a treatment cost?
Rates depend on the length and type of treatment. Current prices are shown in the online booking system, or call 403.452.7899 and we will tell you.
What payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and our own gift certificates. Payment is due in full at the time of service. A credit card or gift card is required when scheduling.
During your treatment
What should I tell you before we start?
Let us know when you book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have medical conditions, injuries or allergies. Some treatments need adapting and a few are not suitable.
When should I arrive?
A few minutes early, so you have time to check in, fill out a consultation card and sit down before you start.
Can I take calls during a treatment?
Please set phones to silent when you arrive, and keep conversations outside the treatment area so the room stays quiet for everyone.
Can children be treated?
Yes. Children under 16 can have treatments accompanied by an adult who signs a consent form. Between 16 and 18 they can be treated without an adult present, but an adult still signs consent. Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are being treated.
Changes and policies
What if I need to cancel?
Call the clinic during business hours. We ask for at least 24 hours notice. With less notice we reserve the right to apply a $35 cancellation fee to your account, payable at your next appointment, because therapists are only paid for completed treatments.
What happens if I miss appointments?
We operate a three strike rule for no shows within a three month period. After three consecutive missed appointments, booking again requires payment of 50 percent of the last missed appointment.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, by phone or in the clinic, along with prepaid packages of five or ten treatments. See gift certificates for the options.
